When Yin moves his pelvis forward on exhaling, he gives his energy to his Yang partner.

The energy flows from his anus into the penis of his partner.

When inhaling, Yang works the PC muscles, rocks his pelvis backwards, draws the energy from Yin into his penis,

joining it with his own and sending it back via an invisible channel, also called the inner flute, up to his third eye.
